Science and Technical (Sci-Tech)
The Mansfield U3A Science and Technical Group aims to expand members' knowledge of the world about us by sharing personal expertise and experience.
Industrial history, the application of science and environmental matters all play a role in our continued learning.
Most of the presentations are by members but we also invite guest speakers and visit manufacturing sites, recycling plants, power stations and industrial museums as part of a varied programme.
