Photography
The recent weather has meant that our ability to meet for outings has been largely curtailed. We have had what turned out to be an excellent outing to the Ulster Folk Museum at Cultra. The weather, for once played its part and we were able to move between the various sites well.
Our next planned outing is to Castle Espie and in the event of inclement weather, to the Transport Museum at Cultra.
We continue to meet regularly on Zoom to review the various folders we use on Dropbox.
Also continuing are our themes and letters. For the month of April we are asked to submit photographs on the theme of "Industrial" and on the letter "W".
These challenges, whether on a theme and against a specified letter, have meant that each on our members have had to really think, sometimes out of the box, to meet the relevant criteria set for each challenge.
New members to our group are always welcome, and whether you have a compact camera, an SLR, a mirrorless camera, or just enjoy taking photographs on your phone, you will find something for everyone in the group. Maybe you are looking for how to improve your photographs, learn what all the jargon means, what the A,S,M,P mean on your camera.
