In the Literature Group we read aloud selections from the books on our programme and discuss points of interest we find in them. Our choice of texts is drawn from literary masterpieces of English and World Literature. While no member of the group is obliged to lead the discussion, all our sessions are led by volunteers from within the group.
Participation in our discussions is always lively, instructive and above all fun and good "craic”.
Most of our members acquire the books for themselves but some are available in the N.I.Library system.
Follow the link on the right hand side of this page to view the current programme.
This group meets on Wednesdays at Finaghy Library from 10.30-12.30am
CONVENORS: June Martin, Nuala Zahran
** For now, the group has full capacity but a second literature group will soon be convening**
