This is a small self-help group for u3a members who find a weekly "weigh in" useful as a weight losing tool.

All group members have valuable contributions to make, by sharing their experiences of weight loss and healthy lifestyle tips. The group has a relaxed and friendly non-judgemental atmosphere.
We meet in Wirksworth, Mondays 6 - 7.00 pm.
