Topics for our meetings on the second and fourth Mondays of the month are selected at the previous meeting or shortly after and then circulated to members. Some are drawn from BBC programmes that may be accessed on Catch-up or as podcasts. Some are drawn from our personal experiences and interests.
On the first and third Mondays of the month, we concentrate on developing skills, vocabulary and attitudes that enable us to share wisdom and encouragement with other people and to benefit from such wisdom and encouragement ourselves. We may do this in pairs.
Our discussions are summarised and the summaries are sent to those on the mailing list.
