Weekly, Thursdays 12.30 - 1.30pm, ETNA centre

Gentle, seated exercise to familiar music and songs. An hour in which to stretch muscles and move joints gently in a relaxed group.
Rosie is a fully qualified teacher of exercise for people over the age of 60,
