Walking Netball
Meets weekly on Tuesday morning at 11.30 in Barnes

We play outdoors when the weather is fine and indoors when it’s not, so we can keep our game going, although we do tend to stop during school holidays. Everyone is very committed to our WN group and tries to make it a fixture in their week.
Our game has very much improved in pace and skill, helped by the drills and warm up exercises, which are so beneficial for both physical and mental well-being. We also have lots of laughs, which is an extra bonus.
Some people tell me they’re not confident in their ability to play but as soon as they join in, they say they feel wonderful and are so glad they came. You don’t need to be super fit or a star netballer, you just need to be able to catch and throw a ball!
Combining exercise and fun is so enjoyable and I recommend Walking Netball wholeheartedly.
