Meditation: What is it all about?

Group leader: Cheryl Edwards
Cheryl will run this group as a drop in session to learn how to meditate. It is a form of meditation that is easy to learn, doesn’t require a lot of time commitment and can be used anywhere, like on the bus or train, waiting for the bus or train. Feedback from participants (on previous courses) is that it brings a sense of calmness and tranquility. Each week we will repeat the short learning process and then practise the method a few times.
