Pilates

During the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be Zoom sessions Mondays 13:30-14:30 and Fridays 11:00-12:00. The sessions are led by Verne Crawford.
Because these sessions are currently held over Zoom, this activity is not open to new members.

Outside the pandemic:
Venue: Stamford Hill Library
Pilates Mondays 13:30 - 14:30
These will be the times for every Monday (except Bank Holidays - library closed).

Note: there is a waiting list for this activity when normal meetings start up again.

Requirements
Pilates includes standing, sitting and lying postures. So members need to bring a yoga mat (or if unsure whether this is the class for you, a blanket) and also a yoga block (or a book about 1" thick). A belt or scarf will come in handy too.

If you have health problems and are worried as to whether you should do this kind of exercise, it would be best to consult your doctor.
