Pilates
The Pilates classes are led by Verne Crawford and meet in Homerton Library, every Monday from 13:30 to 14:30 (except Bank Holidays)
Requirements
Pilates includes standing, sitting and lying postures. So members need to bring a yoga mat (or if unsure whether this is the class for you, a blanket) and also a yoga block (or a book about 1" thick). A belt or scarf will come in handy too.
If you have health problems and are worried as to whether you should do this kind of exercise, it would be best to consult your doctor.
