| ||Lockdown Newsletter 2 - Dec 2020||After the success of the first lockdown newsletter, we decided to produce a second one, with more contributions from our members including photos, recipe, artworks and articles written by our members, including on the U3A High Street study. | ||HU3A on Hackney Social Radio||Hackney Social Radio produced a short feature about HU3A for their show that went out on Resonance Radio (104.4FM) on Wednesday 3rd March at 11:00. It included interviews with members, group leaders and our membership secretary. The broadcast showed what a varied, interesting programme of classes is on offer, even in Lockdown, and also what a varied, interesting, not to say fascinating, group of people we are! Our feature starts about 20 minutes into the programme.|

| ||Hackney Society||The Hackney Society has encouraged positive development of the borough's built and natural environments, through engagement with a broad cross-section of local people and experts. It encourages exemplary new design, regeneration and conservation of Hackney's rich heritage through the newsletter Spaces.|
| ||Hackney Walks and walking groups||For information on the Walkingtogether programme organised by Hackney Council, offering walks in many parks including London Fields, Springfield, Victoria and Clissold Parks.|
| ||Access to websites of 700+ UK U3A||This portal provides access to the websites of other U3A's in the UK who use the Site Builder tool to publish their website.|
| ||London Region - Sharing Page||One of LRU3A core objectives is to support and help u3as to be more effective and efficient. On this page, you will find a collection of material highlighting good practice on particular subjects relevant to all our London Region u3as.
Here you also find information on Peer Groups which exist for mutual support and sharing of good practice amongst members holding similar committee or other responsibilities, such as Group Coordinators. This page also holds Shared Practice Guides (SPGs), developed jointly by London u3as. These cover wide-ranging topics such as Volunteering, Induction for new members, Zoom and Beacon Guides and lots more.|
| ||London Region of U3As||The 'London Region of U3As' (LRU3A) is a Regional Network of independent u3as operating within the London area and exists for the mutual benefit of London u3as and their members.
There are currently 44 u3as in the London Region totalling nearly 26,000 members.
Individuals become members of the 'London Region of U3As' by virtue of their membership of a constituent London u3a.|
