Tai chi
The Tai chi sessions are led by Verne Crawford and are held in Stamford Hill Library, every Monday from 14:45 to 15:45 (except Bank Holidays).
Requirements: Tai chi is performed standing, although some exercises can be adapted for people sitting on a chair.
If you have health problems and are worried as to whether you should do this kind of exercise, it would be best to consult your doctor.
This group is open to anyone who has previously done Tai chi, (provided that they learned the form that Verne teaches). Also, from time to time, there are opportunities for beginners to join.
