John is a budding musician. He’s always wanted to play the piano. He’s retired now so has the time to learn. Practice makes perfect, or so they say! He’s at a stage where he wants to experience playing alongside others in a similar situation. He’s never been in a band or orchestra but he thinks that through playing together he would learn a lot moreabout music, and it would also be great fun to chat about the joys and frustrations of learning a musical instrument.
