Meditation
A group for beginners to meditation as well as those with more experience. Some weeks we have a discussion topic regarding healing as well as the led meditation. Other weeks it is purely the meditation for members to experience a relaxing time of benefit to all. We use Zoom on phone, tablet or computer so that members are able to safely join in from their homes.
