A group for beginners to meditation as well as those more experienced in meditation. Some weeks we have a topic regarding healing to discuss as well as the led meditation. Other weeks it is purely the meditation for members to experience a relaxing time of benefit to all.
We use Zoom on phone, tablet or computer so that members are able to safely join in from their own homes. Please ring Mary for more information, also for help if needed to connect to Zoom – we can talk you through and it is quite easy to use.
