U3A MONTHLY LECTURES UPDATE

Presentations normally take place on the morning of the third Tuesday each month (* not in normal sequence). Coffee/tea prior to the lecture session – which usually starts around 10.15am.

‘A Pocketful of Tickets’ Marjorie Kirke
A solo five-week journey around Britain by bus and other public transport – the subject written about in her book of the same title.

Tuesday, October 17th

‘The Maverick Amundsen Discovered both Poles' Dag Kjelldahl Discussion of Amundsen’s expeditions and his place as one of the greatest Adventurers.
