Start date - Mon. 9th October

Time - 2pm

Meetings are planned for the first Monday of each month starting at 2pm during the winter months there will be a series of talks, visits are planned for the better weather all rounded off with a tour of members gardens in August 2023 to include tea and cake of course.

Our talks cover a range of topics relating to plants, gardens, local landmarks and the natural environment they are not about how to grow potatoes for example, so you don't have to bring along a spade or even have a garden to join in. Jan and Joyce are always looking for ideas for new local speakers or wonderful gardens to visit so if you have any ideas then get in touch. Also, for the members garden 'walk about' they would like to go to Sleight's area so if you would like to share your garden with friends in our u3a or know someone else who would, and they live near Sleights please let our leaders know - they would love to hear from you.
