EDGE: EXPLORE, DISCOVER, GROW & ENGAGE
Warminster School have always said that what happens outside the classroom is just as important as what happens inside it and the EDGE program is truly a fantastic way to cement that philosophy. The School, has a mission is to actively engage with the local community, leveraging resources and expertise to collaborate with state-funded schools, learn from them, and offer support to local, national, and international charitable organisations.
Our u3a collaboration with Warminster School goes from strength to strength. The new tai-chi group launched in late 2023 from the 6th form gallery, and also our creative arts group relocated here, which has allowed us to open up the groups to more members. During term time, croquet and chess groups play with or against students, and the regular Tech Club supports anyone with questions about modern technology!
