2024 AGM (February) saw a number of changes to the committee, welcoming Maggie Dee as Chair (a popular presenter on Warminster Community Radio), taking over from Anne Robson who is reverting to her previous role as groups coordinator. Stewart Buckingham handed over the finances to Jo Ellis, and took on the role of Social Secretary - watch this space for some exciting events coming up! Tony Reed stood down as Newsletter Editor, and this role will be combined with Publicity (Jon Ellis). Pam Gair also stepped down from her role as Accessibility Officer.
The (new) committee would like to thank all those who have served, or continue to serve to help manage our u3a. As ever, it is your u3a and we would welcome any members to join the committee in whatever capacity you feel you can support. Without volunteers for the committee, we can't do what we do - so please don't just look at your feet and ignore the opportunity to be part of the team!
