Tai Chi/Chi Gong

Learn Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi and Chi Gong to build a strong, flexible and healthier mind and body. The moves are performed slowly to encourage and build a strong relaxed body and legs, which helps with other physical activities too. The movements are suitable for all ages and fitness levels and also aid recovery from either sickness or injury.

Janet and Gary are a husband-and-wife team, who teach in a unique and fun way. They have been doing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 20 years now and have studied with one of our country’s foremost experts Master Bob Fermor.

This is what Gary and Janet teach: - Prep exercises, short form, Long Form, Broad-Sword, Long Sword, Dat-Mo Stick (Walking Stick), push hands partner exercise and Qi Gong exercises.
