VIRTUAL QUIZ - The Coronavirus outbreak of 2020 meant a suspension of all quiz activities in their usual form. On 29th April Ted Sanderson ran a very successful online quiz for SDU3A members using ZOOM software, since then we have had other online quizzes each 4 weeks until August 2021, we are now reverting to our normal format at Saltburn Cricket Club from Wednesday 22nd September 2021
SALTBURN U3A MONTHLY QUIZ
Our light hearted general knowledge quizzes take place monthly on Wednesday evenings at Saltburn Cricket Club, commencing at 7:30pm, a fee of £1.50 per person applies, we normally aim to finish about 9:00pm.
To ensure that we have a variety of topics the quizzes are set and managed monthly by the various teams that take part in the quiz, each quiz setter will have slightly different emphasis on the topics, for example, general knowledge, local pictures, popular music, cryptic clues and many others have formed part of the quiz.
