International Food for Curious
INTERNATIONAL FOOD FOR CURIOUS AND GREEDY PEOPLE
This will be a monthly group of six people, starting in September, exploring cuisines from around the world. We will choose a different country each month, cook a dish from that country and bring it to share with the group. In addition, you would be invited to say something about the country, the ingredients, method of cooking and whether it was a place you had visited. No pressure as far as that‘s concerned!
The emphasis will be on trying something new (roast crickets anyone?), rather than any fancy cooking, although anything produced should be edible...
