Yoga
Yoga, an expression of physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, helps us to improve our bodily strength, balance, and flexibility, to enhance our lives in respect of how our mindset relates to our bodies; experiencing our deepest selves and finding balance in how we relate to the world around us.

Teacher: Dominic Byrne, is a certified and insured Yoga Teacher.
When: First and third Friday of each month.
Hour: 2-3 PM.
