Heatons & Reddish

Ukulele Band

Contact and Leader, Clyde Raine.

This group meets every Friday morning at the Heaton Moor United Church on Heaton Moor Road at 10.00am for one hour of practice and tuition.
No matter what level of competency you have reached, or if you have never picked up a musical instrument in your life, the group can cater for all levels of learning and you are encouraged to join in all their activities.

Learning to strum, pick, read music, and sing, are all featured within the group and the Band are encouraged to take part in occasional public performances arranged within the area.

New members are guided as to what instrument they should acquire and an average of £20 is all that is required to get started on a great deal of fun and a skill to last the rest of your life.
They don't come any better than that.
