Cryptic Crosswords

If you enjoy the type of puzzle provided by a cryptic crossword, then this informal and friendly group meets over coffee and cake, at the Post Code Cafe, at The Edge on Southgate (WN3 5AB), to brainstorm puzzles, swap anecdotes, and aim to improve our skills. This is a great hobby to keep the little grey cells ticking over, and a chance to get involved in a fun and sociable way with fellow enthusiasts.
We meet on Friday mornings, starting at 10 am, on alternate weeks (see calendar tab for upcoming dates).
All levels from beginner to expert are welcome. If you are new to this type of puzzle, then help can be given to learn the basics and get more familiar with the different types of clues that the crossword setter might include. The group is currently at the limit for numbers we can fit into the current venue, but do still let me know if you would be interested and we can look at other future options.
