Group Leader: Jimmy Wignall
This is a fairly informal group and trips are often arranged at short notice, depending on weather and other conditions, and so you will not tend to see our activities on the calendar or on events listings. However if you would like to join us then do let us know and we'll be in touch.
We are always looking for more members, it's nice to see new faces on our fishing trips. Even if you have never fished before we will be there to help you learn a new skill, laugh and live for great days out.
We fish locally on the Leeds Liverpool canal, local ponds and lakes but occasionally get in a trip further afield, one trip up to the Lancaster canal at Garstang brought back memories from 45 years ago for me.
