Welcome to the U3A Spanish Chat Group
Hola!
What ever your knowledge of the language the U3A Spanish Chat Group presents an informal opportunity to practise the Spanish you already have no matter how much or little and to help expand your vocabulary and understanding of the language in a very relaxed way.
Generally members of the group prepare a brief talk on a subject agreed at the previous meeting eg holidays, recommended film or tv programme, Spanish customs etc followed by a story, article, song even, read in turn. However if you don’t feel confident about doing this, just sit back, relax and listen This structure is by no means cast in stone so fresh ideas are always welcome.
We meet at Beech Hill Book Cycle 10.30 – 12.00 generally on the second Thursday of the month though it is best to check beforehand.
