Third Friday walkers
Our walks are similar to the ones done by the Morning Walkers, between 3 and 5 miles long, with climbs, descents and stiles. In the winter we try and keep to country lanes and less muddy paths but in the better weather we venture on to the coast path or moors. We try to stay within a 30 miles radius of Bideford, and recently, have been using public transport or sharing lifts where possible. Some of our members take turns in leading the walks and we finish with a meal at a nearby pub.
