Digital Camera Group
The Digital Camera Group meets monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at the Upper Room in Northam. Photographic skillsets range from 'semi-novice' to 'fairly experienced' and everyone enjoys coming along and gets something out of all our meetings.
Three 'project' subjects are agreed during the meeting then, during the ensuing month, members each take a few photos against those topics. These are brought along to the next meeting and projected onto a large TV screen and briefly and politely critiqued.
To finish, one of the more experienced members often gives a short tutorial on a subject of interest.
At least once a year the group aims to visit a local place of interest for a group photo shoot.
