We are a small, enthusiastic, participatory history group who undertake research or reading on a chosen topic for presentation at our monthly meetings. The purpose of the group is to stimulate interest within a reassuring, friendly setting. We are few in number to encourage comfortable group discussion as each member is expected to make one presentation over the year. We have been exploring 14th & 15th century Europe this autumn and plan to move on to aspects of 16th century history during 2019.
The group meets on the second Monday of each month, from 10.30am – 12.00 noon in the Reading Room, King Edward VII Estate, Midhurst, GU29 0BH. If you would like to join the group please contact Christine Musgrove, by clicking on the link History 2 Group Leader.
There are one or two places available.
