Walking
A walk, plenty of conversation, followed by an optional pub lunch
We meet fortnightly on a Monday morning at the Grange car park.
Members take it in turns to lead circular walks of between 4 and 5 miles, usually in the local area though we do venture further afield and sometimes make a day of it. Each walk is followed by a pub lunch for those who wish to stay.

Walking boots are essential. Many of us find a walking pole useful. Be prepared for all weathers although we don't walk if weather is clearly not good.
Details such as where the walk is going, length, terrain number of stiles and pub are emailed to group members a few days in advance of the walk.
