Needlecraft
We meet via zoom every other Monday afternoon alternating with the Card Crafting group.
I usually send out the link for 2.30 and we often have a break after the first 40 minutes to make a cup of tea then carry on for another 40 minutes.
Sometimes one of us demonstrates something we have done or learnt elsewhere or shares a book or technique.
The rest of us might follow the demonstration then or later and then share our creations via WhatsApp.
Other afternoons we may just chat while we sew or knit or crochet. There's always plenty of chat!
Meeting on zoom works well for us, members are scattered around the county and not everyone drives.
We have one member who often joins us from London while she looks after her granddaughter.
It also means we don't have to bring everything we might possibly need to an external meeting.
