BEACON MEMBER'S PORTAL
We are now up and running with Beacon. The committee are using Beacon to manage membership details and send emails to all members when required, which has been vitally important in these uncertain times. It’s good to keep in touch!
We have now opened up the Member’s Portal, so that you can control the details that we hold about you - especially useful if you change your email address or move house. To sign in you will need your membership number, your forename and surname as they are printed on your membership card, your postcode, and the email address that we hold for you. The link is below.
When you have signed in you will be able to look at the list of groups we have, see planned meetings on the calendar, or update your personal details. If details for groups you belong to are not yet on the Beacon calendar, your group leader may not have signed up to Beacon yet. The details may become available in the future if they do so.
MANAGING GROUPS ON BEACON
To manage a group on Beacon you will need a group-leader's sign-on - if you would like to do this please contact Sue Burrell (Web Co-ordinator), who will set this up for you if you do not have one.
