R6 Cookery
Four East European Vegetarian- although meat can be added (can be non-gluten) soups offered as a lunch after video and discussion.
Week 1: Lithuanian cold young beet soup with stems & leaves with cucumber, chives and dill. Sour cream/kefir an optional addition
Week 2: Polish sauerkraut and fresh cabbage soup (Polish sausage optional extra)
Week 3: Hungarian mushroom soup with sweet paprika
Week 4: Ukrainian Barszcz (beetroot vegetable soup)
