How to Pay

BOOKING EVENTS or OUTINGS
To book an event or outing, please contact the organiser by phone or email using the Committee page on our website or sign up at our coffee mornings held monthly on the third Wednesday of the month between 10am and 12 noon at the View, Southdown Road.

NOTE: A PLACE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED

1) Paying by Cheque: Cheques should be made payable to “Seaford University of the Third Age”. On the reverse, please put your postcode and what you are paying for (e.g. BN25 3TT Theatre 29/11 or Downs 15 Feb ).

Cheques may be handed to Christine at the coffee morning or, sent to our Treasurer, Gill Eves through the Committee page.

2) Paying by BACS: This is our preferred option and details are

Please use your surname, initials and last three digits of your Postcode plus group title or date where possible
(example: BT Smith 3TT or BT Smith 5ZZ 8th April)

PAYING FOR GROUPS
You must first reserve a place in an interest group, it is essential to first contact the Group Leader concerned.  Payments can then be made, in advance, by cheque or BACS details above. Please include the title of the group you are paying for (example Scrabble).

PAYING FOR TEA PARTIES
Tea parties are organised by Rosemary Leech and you can contact her on 01323 895598. The cost is £4 per person including refreshments. Rosemary is available at most coffee mornings. You can also pay in advance by BACS or Cheque details above including the date of the Tea party.

PAYING FOR DOWNS TALKS 
These can be paid in advance using the Activities Payment Form, BACS or a Cheque details above.
Please include the date or name of the Downs Talk with your payment. For Downs Talks, you do not need to contact the organiser prior to paying.
The admission charge is £2 per person. It is possible to pay £2 cash on the door if the talk is not over subscribed.
