Yoga Seated & Standing
A new Yoga Seated and/or Standing Group on Zoom – Come and join us.
We meet 9.15am to 10.00am Monday morning. Weekly on zoom. A gentle 45 minute enjoyable yoga class in your own home to start the week, stretching the body, enjoying the breath and building Strength & Resilience . You will need a dining type chair for the session.
