Poetry Appreciation
There are two Poetry Appreciation groups, each meet monthly in members' homes.
Group 1 meets on the first Monday at 3pm
Group 2 meets on the first Wednesday at 1.30pm
The groups are kept small to facilitate discussion. Members bring poems related to a topic, such as Christmas and hope for the New Year, or present a poet of their choice, such as W.B.Yeats and Walter de la Mare. The groups also look at a methodology for appreciating a poem.
