French Conversation
The French Conversation Group meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 2.30pm in the Oak Room at the Community Centre. The next meeting is on Thursday February 22nd.
New members are welcome to join our friendly group and we try to help each other with developing the language.
Some previous knowledge of the French language is useful as we don't have a tutor. Meetings can include a warm-up activity, language games/grammar, plus a pre-arranged discussion on a specific topic.
Members share the cost of the room hire and refreshments (tea/coffee) are available during the meeting for the small sum of £1.20 per person.

Meetings/dates organised for 2024:
Thursday April 11th: A melange of subjects from all members attending, includes a crossword from Suzanne, CD/text from April and an item from Pete.
Please be prepared to contribute subject matter if attending.
For the months of April to July members again need to pay the room fee, information will be sent by email asap.
