Board Games
The Board Games Group started in March 2019 and has gone well with around 7/8 regular players. Although it’s called Board Games we do in fact play all kinds of games, Scrabble being the main one. Some of us have enjoyed learning new games such as Cribbage, Yahtzee, Rummikub, Chinese Checkers and Dominoes/Triominos in fact any game members care to bring along.
Our venue is changing again. We are now meeting at the Lyndhurst Workmen's Club, which is part way along the High Street, between the car park exit and Costa Coffee. They have very kindly allowed us to hold our meetings there provided we each buy a drink, either a tea or coffee... something stronger if you feel the need!!! We will continue to meet on the second Monday of the month at 2pm.
