Dinghy sailing
I am working towards re-starting the U3A Dinghy Sailing group on Wednesday 23 June at 2:30pm and then alternate Wednesdays.
Cost will be £3 per session and this will be paid direct to the sailing club for the rental of the boats (the same price as club members).
The group is aimed at those who have sailed in the past and want to get back into it, it is not designed to teach people to sail from scratch.
People taking part do need to be fairly mobile as it does involve climbing from the shore into a small sailing dinghy and sometimes transferring from one boat to another out on the water.
Participants should expect to get wet feet at the absolute minimum and a change of clothing is recommended (just in case).

The Dinghy Sailing Group will not be meeting this year/2022/ but hope to re-commence Spring 2023.
