71 Gayton Road, PE30 4EF.

Doors open at 9:30am, meeting starts between 10:00 and 10:15.

£53.00 per ticket
Coach leaves 08.30am and returns approx 08.45pm.
Fri May 24th Lavenham and Beth Chatto Gardens
To make a break in the journey to Beth Chatto gardens we shall stop at Lavenham,
considered to be Britain’s best preserved medieval village, with over 300 listed buildings.
I plan to have 90 minutes at Lavenham, which will allow time for a coffee break and also
an opportunity to see the Great Guildhall and have a wander round the village. To Beth
Chatto gardens takes approx. 45 minutes from Lavenham and they have a refreshments
café for a light lunch. We have about 2 hours to visit the gardens before we leave and
return to King’s Lynn at about 18:25.
Sat Jun 22nd Kentwell Manor

We arrive at Kentwell Manor at 10:55 and refreshments are available at the Stableyard Tearoom. We shall step back in time 500 years to meet some 200 Tudors at the time Henry VIII was King. Skilled living history specialists bring the 16th century to life in the buildings, gardens, farm and woods of the beautiful Tudor moated manor house. There will be crafts, cooking, music, dancing and a whole community’s daily life.
