Petanque
The U3A PETANQUE group has been discontinued, partly due to lack of support but also due to the closure of the piste at The Bell.
However, for those wishing to continue to play petanque, the West Hereford Petanque Club at Hinton FC, Broomy Hill has introduced a £10 social membership for those who wish to play but not take part in competitions.
Instead of closing the group we have the option of forming a SOCIAL U3A PETANQUE GROUP. We could join as individuals and meet for a game: Lesley usually goes on a Friday afternoon (1 p.m. during winter). You can try for one session before deciding to become a member.
