Garden Group

For those with green fingers and for those who just enjoy visiting gardens in good company, we meet every 2nd Tuesday afternoon of the month for garden visits.
We swap seeds and plants and anything else the group are interested in.
Most gardens open for 2 p.m. and afternoon refreshments are usually included in the cost. We usually meet up for lunch together at a local eatery before the garden visit itself.

The group is planning to visit The Weir Gardens, Swainshill in February, where the Weir Garden NT Project Groups & the Rock Garden can be viewed. A short walk (1+ miles) over farm land that is being returned to woodland is also planned - subject to flooding! Admission is £7.50 - free to NT members. Lunch afterwards at the Blue Diamond.
