This course will look at the development of the United States from its very beginning to the present day. We will look at major incidents and how they shaped the nation who became the United States of America, seeing much of it also from their perspective , particularly occurrences from the 19th century to the present.
The course will take place every 1st and 3rd FRIDAY of a month at 2 pm on ***ZOOM***,
beginning on FRIDAY, 1st March 2024.

8) The Golden Decade and the Global Depression (1920-1939)
9) World War II ( 1939 – 1945) Stage 2
10) Cold War Anxieties (1945 -1960)
11) Turbulent Times (1960 to 1969)
12) War and Protest (1970 – 1079)
13) The Global Age (1980 – 1991)
14) Bridge to the Future and the New Millenium (1992 -2005)
