WHAT YOGA CAN DO FOR YOU!
Do you sometimes feel a bit stiff and achy? Tense and anxious? Try Yoga! Yoga can increase muscle and joint strength and flexibility, benefit heart health, improve balance and posture and help to reduce stress and anxiety. Our programme of gentle exercises combined with breathing and some meditation practice can boost both physical, mental and emotional well-being. Come and try it for yourself!
We are a small, friendly group, meeting in a spacious, well-ventilated church hall and welcome new members, both those new to Yoga and the more experienced. Contact the Group Leader to arrange a taster session.
