Book Group
Book Group - Helen Scarborough
This group has grown in popularity over the year. We now have 16 members. Each month the book to be read is chosen from the list issued by the library, each member choosing a book from the list. This does not inhibit us and there is plenty of discussion about other books we have read and enjoyed.
We also have a session at the end of each meeting where people bring along a poem to read, linked in some way to the book of the month's theme.
Meetings are currently held at Thornton Library.
