Annual General Meeting Thursday 14th September 2023
Thursday 14th September is the Stanford-le-Hope and District u3a Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM, all of the current Executive Committee stand down and a new Executive Committee is elected by the u3a membership. The nominations received for the 2023/2024 Executive Committee are as follows: -

Following the AGM, table-top discussions will be organised to receive members’ views on relevant u3a issues. The outcomes of these discussions will assist the incoming Executive Committee to identify areas for improvement for the benefit of the u3a and its membership.

If you cannot attend the AGM in person you can use the Proxy voting system.You have a deadline to get your votes in so please read How to use your PROXY VOTING Form and completed and return the Proxy Voting Form quickly.
You have a number of ways you can do this.
a) Clicking the coloured text will run your regular email programme to email your responses.
b) You can copy the proxy voting form and then attach it to an email to the secretary
c) Janet's mail address is on the electronic copy or hand delivered copy sent to you.
Otherwise we will be please to see you at our AGM to vote in person. Please look at the other documents in readiness for the AGM on 14th September 2023.
