Pilates Groups 1 & 2

The Pilates groups are part of the programme of fitness sessions.
There are two groups, both meeting each Thursday in the Forum.
Teaching and supervision is provided by a professional, paid trainer, consequently, there is a fee for participants. Details of the fees will be provided before anyone Joins.
The first group, leaders Alison Partington & Trisha Quarmby, meets at 12.00 noon to 12.45 p.m.
The second group, leader Ian Shaw, meets at 1.00 p.m. to 1.45 p.m.
