Painting & Sketching
We are a friendly group of like-minded people interested in art who meet on a Friday every fortnight at the Forum from 1.30-3.00.
We do not have a teacher, but a few of us have painted for a number of years so we can help one another if necessary.
Occasionally, I will set up a still life for all to have a go at should they wish, however most people prefer to do their own project which can range from sketching from books, watercolours - perhaps from books or photographs even tracing from books which guide you with colour mixes.
It’s a very informal group and I would encourage anyone to ‘have a go’ – you may be surprised at the masterpieces you can achieve!
