Tai Chi (Qigong)

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise regime based on a martial art and is considered to be an aid to stimulate the body and mind simultaneously in a soft manner.
As it is an exercise you can see that it benefits the body but at the same time, due to its slow steady movements, you have to show control from the mind as well.
It is deemed to be beneficial to arthritis sufferers (of which I can agree).
We are a friendly group of folks who don’t bite… but have a lot of laughs due to our mucking up the new & old drills as we are learning them, so don’t think you need to be experienced as we are really all beginners
