Join Elmbridge u3a
You can join Elmbridge u3a (Eu3a) online or by post. This page explains how. (Please note that, if you do join, you will be confirming that you have read it and accepted its provisions.)
It is a condition of membership that we be allowed to collect, store and use the basic personal and contact details of our members since, without it, we cannot operate.
The General Data Protection Regulation 2018
We hold these data both manually and on computer and they are thus subject to The General Data Protection Regulation 2018. We declare that members’ details are used solely for Eu3a business / communication and will not be divulged to third parties other than for distribution to you of Third Age Trust and Eu3a publications and information.
Eu3a Member Code of Conduct
Members are expected to abide by our Code of Conduct. Member Code of Conduct.
Subscriptions for the calendar year 2023 are as follows:
• For each person joining before 30th June 2024 the fee rate for the period up until December 31st 2024 is £14.
Members residing at the same postal address will receive only one copy of Eu3a newsletters and the Third Age Trust magazines.
Gift Aid is strongly encouraged for those eligible and means that any donations/subscriptions made to Eu3a will be worth 25% more to us and at no cost to you – see Gift Aid for applicable conditions.
Optional Information
Emergency Contact – You may enter details in your application which will be used by us ONLY in emergencies. It is your responsibility to ensure that the person nominated has agreed to be the identified as the contact.

You can join Eu3a by going to Beacon Join Elmbridge U3A Online and following the instructions.
Payment online uses PayPal. We would much prefer you to pay this way as it reduces our administrative burden and costs. You do not need to have a permanent PayPal account to do it. As you will see you can simply route a credit or debit card payment via PayPal.
Please note, data input is case sensitive – only use capitals where appropriate.
Join By Post
If you have access to a printer the following links may be used to download and/or print an application in MS® Word or PDF format. Your application should be forwarded together with a cheque for the required amount to the address shown on the form.
If you have Microsoft Word, you can download a Membership Application Form in Word format (by clicking applic-for-january-to-june-2024-word).
