Welcome to the Wolverhampton u3a Ukulele page.
We are around 40 members of ALL singing and playing abilities.
We meet every 2 weeks at The Firs Club in Codsall . 10.00 to 12noon
Roy Stevens and his wife Gill teach and guide us through the music.
We try everything from Elvis to Folk songs.
From time to time we do the occasional public charity performances.
£2 gets you a copy of our current song book of over 50 songs with chords.
We pay £2 per session to cover room hire and refreshments.
After the initial trial sessions, if not a member already, you will be required to join the U3A for £15 per year.
Come and give 'strumming' a go. We welcome beginners.
The Ukulele is cheap to buy ( we can loan you one to try and advise on purchase).
The basic chords are easy.
